QProducts recently introduced the Qdesk® into the US Market, an innovative new school desk that is the only one of its kind.
The Qdesk® is manufactured with the QProducts Innovation Method, which is a rotomolding process that utilizes top-of-the-line technology to create a product that provides durability while lowering costs - exceeding previous industry expectations. The Qdesk also provides comfort in a durable ergonomic design as well as better style in school furniture to enhance the look of classrooms.
The rotomolding process is accomplished through a special technology known as rotational molding that allows parts that are usually assembled from multiple pieces to be molded as one part. This process provides exceptional wall thickness on the school desk which provides inherent strength and durability that makes the product long lasting and easy to keep clean.
The inbuilt durability is a notable feature of the Qdesk® after QProducts tested the performance of the rotomolding process by using a falling slab of concrete over the school desks. The test analysis was performed as a requirement after an earthquake in Cariaco in 1997 where parts of a school roof collapsed and the children were rescued after crawling under the desks for protection. The Qdesk® survived the test and proved its inherent structural strength.
Because the Qdesk® is manufactured in one piece using the rotomolding process, high fabrication costs are eliminated so the lower cost and value can be passed on to educational institutions. The rotomolding process which provides exceptional durability makes the Qdesk® 100 percent resistant to corrosion and is backed by a 10-year warranty.
The Qdesk® is available now.
Sincerely,
The Qdesk®
